This is the last car my folks bought as a couple and our home at 1900 South Sheridan Ave. (Glad he was a Union General) For many years while my Dad was alive the yard was immaculate. When he passed my mom and I also kept it that way. She drove well into her mid 80’s and then my sister and I took her license away. I sold the car to a cousin to keep it in the family about 1.5 years after her passing. You could actually eat off her floors the way she kept house. One time a carpet cleaner said to her — I will just charge you for the trip here. Your carpets are not in need of cleaning. Oh and she could cook. At times I avoided going there because there was alway good high caloric food available. Hope this works. I really could not find any others which detail the house. They invested a lot keeping this small 3 bedroom house up, painting it, siding it etc.
